General conditions of the Hotel Le Castel

As part of the booking process, we require 100% of the total amount of the booked stay for confirmation.

In the event that the payment is rejected, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

- In case of cancellation more than 14 days before the date of arrival = refund on your credit card of the totality, namely 100% of the total amount of the reserved stay.
- In case of cancellation and/or modification 14 days or less before the date of arrival = 50% cancellation fees, 50% refund on your credit card.
- In case of cancellation less than one day before the date of arrival, late modification, no-show and/or early departure = 100% cancellation fees.
